When shopping at Vitargo, you must be at least 15 years old (18 years old to pay by invoice or credit card). By completing your purchase and confirming your order, you also agree to these purchase terms, and a binding agreement is formed. Upon receiving your order, an automatic order confirmation will be sent via email with details of your purchase. The order confirmation serves as a receipt/proof of guarantee for your order. Vitargo reserves the right to cancel delivery in cases where the stock balance was incorrect at the time of the customer’s order. If Vitargo is unable to deliver according to the order confirmation, you will be contacted via email.

All product prices on vitargo.se and are listed inclusive of VAT. Shipping costs are added in the shopping cart/checkout, except in cases where free shipping applies. Vitargo AB reserves the right for any pricing or printing errors.

If you regret your purchase or for any other reason do not wish to complete the purchase, please contact customer service, and we will assist you. A standard 14-day right of withdrawal from the date of receiving the item applies according to the Consumer Purchase Act.

The return is handled by Vitargo at a cost of 75 SEK / 12 euro outside Sweden.

Orders remain available for pickup at DHL service points for 7 days and from arrival before being returned to our warehouse. If an order is returned to the warehouse, customer service will contact you for a new delivery.

Vitargo reserves the right to charge you 150 SEK / 12 euro for the return cost, which is typically deducted from the invoice (if you chose invoice as the payment method) when it is credited. Please note that if you order via invoice, the invoice period continues even if you do not collect the package.

For complaints, always contact our customer service. Vitargo applies the Consumer Purchase Act when handling complaints.

A product can only be claimed for manufacturing defects such as an unsealed seal, leakage of contents, or similar issues. Not liking the taste is not a valid reason for a complaint or buying the wrong size of package.

Vitargo AB is released from the obligation to fulfill its part of the agreement and from liability for damages if Vitargo's commitments cannot be fulfilled at all or only at an abnormally high cost due to war, riots, blockade, fire, explosion, viral pandemic, intervention/decision by a public authority, or similar disruptive societal events that could not have been foreseen.

Vitargo AB is not liable for damages caused by legal provisions, government actions, acts of war, strikes, blockades, boycotts, lockouts, or other similar circumstances. The reservation regarding strikes, blockades, boycotts, and lockouts applies even if Vitargo AB is subject to or undertakes such conflict measures itself.
